Application Status:
After you have submitted your application, preliminary approval will take place within 7 business days. Next, you will pay the $300 admission fee, and any required exams / interviews will be scheduled. Documents may take 2 - 4 weeks to process. Once your documents are complete, you will be required to confirm your enrollment and pay the tuition within 5 days. At that point the university will issue the official invitation letter to process your visa, and then provide visa support, followed by orientation.
The University has two intakes. Students can get admission to either join Fall Academic Session (September batch) or the Spring Academic Session (February/March batch).
After your enrolment has been successfully completed, GRUNI will provide you with an official invitation letter. This letter, together with other supporting documents, will be required when submitting your student visa application to the nearest Georgian Embassy or Consulate.
