1. Who we are

ApplyGeorgia (“ApplyGeorgia”, “we”, “us”) is an admissions-support service for international students who want to study in Georgia. The website applygeorgia.com is operated by MOVAHEDI LTD, a company registered in Georgia, Osip Mandelshtam St 12, Tbilisi, Georgia. Email: info@applygeorgia.com · Phone/WhatsApp: +995 557 750 644.

ApplyGeorgia is part of the Univs.com education platform.

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply when you use applygeorgia.com, submit an enquiry or application form, or buy one of our services or packages. By submitting a form or making a payment you accept these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept them for you.

3. Our services

  • We provide guidance, document review, application submission, and the other services listed on the Services & Fees page. The service and price you pay for are the ones shown on that page and in the payment form at the time you pay.
  • Admission decisions are made by the universities, and visa and residence decisions are made by the Georgian authorities. We cannot guarantee admission, a visa, a residence permit, a scholarship, recognition of a degree in another country, or a licence to practise a profession.
  • University tuition fees are set by each university and paid according to the university’s rules. Fees shown on our website are for information and can change by intake. We confirm the current fee before you apply.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give complete, true and up-to-date information and genuine documents. We may stop providing a service if documents are false or altered.
  • Check the requirements of your home country (for example for recognition or professional licensing) before you commit to a program.
  • Pay university, ministry, translation, visa and other third-party fees on time unless they are included in the package you bought.

5. Fees and payment

  • Our service fees are listed on the Services & Fees page. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details.
  • Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or card fees.
  • ApplyGeorgia is paid through the service fees listed on our website.

6. Refunds

  • The application fee is non-refundable.
  • Other service fees are refundable within 24 hours of payment if work on the service has not started. After 24 hours, or once work has started, service fees are not refundable.
  • Where a package includes help with a tuition-fee refund (for example after a visa refusal), the refund itself is decided and paid by the university under its own rules; we assist with the request.
  • To request a refund, email info@applygeorgia.com with your name, payment date and the service. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Cancellations and changes

You may cancel a service at any time by email. Fees for work already done are not refundable except as set out in section 6. We may change or stop a service if a university or authority changes its rules; in that case we will offer an alternative or a refund for the part not delivered.

8. Your data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. With your consent we share your application and documents with the universities you choose and, where needed, with translators and the relevant Georgian authorities.

9. Website content

Information on the website is general guidance and can change. The content, logo and design belong to MOVAHEDI LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or republish it for commercial use without written permission.

10. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Georgian law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for decisions of universities or authorities, or for losses caused by incorrect information or documents you provided. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, email info@applygeorgia.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tbilisi, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page on the date you pay applies to that purchase.
